One distinctive of The Avenue’s leadership is servant leadership. We desire to follow Ephesians chapter 4 to equip every member to do the work of ministry. We have several leadership teams consisting of men & women called by God to lead The Avenue Church in areas of greatest gifting and calling.

Leadership Community Gatherings
Our leadership gatherings are an important part of developing and maintaining healthy leaders at The Avenue. We gather Life Group Leaders, Staff, Ministry Leaders and our Pastor’s to encourage and sharpen each other during these gatherings. Sometimes there is strategic work to accomplish but the most important thing we do is get on our face in front of God and lift up this movement before God asking Him to move in our lives, our church, and the world around us.

Pastors at The Avenue
The Avenue is led by a team of Pastor / Elders. These Elders function as directional leaders, shepherds, and overseers to serve the church through collaboration of diverse gifting and personality. Our staff and other ministry leaders implement and direct the vision given by the Elders.
