Remember the old video games? You could barely make out what an image was supposed to be. Today our video graphics are almost as clear and pristine as a 3 dimensional person. I have played the old games recently and it is really hard to go back to that once you have experienced the clarity of an x Box 360. 8 bit Jesus is about seeing Jesus clearly through the Gospel of Mark.
No person in history has been more misquoted, misinterpreted and misunderstood than Jesus Christ. Our idealistic images of Jesus leave us with a very limited view of who the real Jesus is. The God who incarnated Himself to come live on this fallen planet and redeem it for Himself. Jesus, fully God and fully human. He made great claims about Himself and showed us through His life and ministry who He truly is.
Join us as we walk through the Gospel of Mark and we look at the historical, biblical Jesus.
